Every project starts with a scoping call - by video for most clients, in person if you are within reach of Oxfordshire. We agree what is being built, what it costs and when it lands before any work begins. Websites, web applications, e-commerce and booking systems are scoped around the outcome, integrations and delivery risk, with a fixed proposal agreed upfront.
From there you deal directly with the people doing the work. Progress is shared as live preview links rather than static mock-ups, so you can open the actual site on your own phone and laptop as it comes together, and feedback goes straight into the build. Check-ins are scheduled around your diary, not ours.
What you get is the same in Leeds as it is in Henley: a fast, search-ready site built on Next.js, hosted on Vercel, with the source code, domain and accounts in your name from day one.
